Enterprise customers needed a reliable, scalable platform to build and deploy AI-powered voice and chat. The frontend was growing complex with global state management issues.
The solution
As one of the first engineers, led the migration from Redux to RTK Query, simplifying data fetching and caching, built new features, improved performance, and mentored developers, through multiple funding rounds.
