Privacy Policy

Overview

This website (alicantorun.com) is operated by Torun Digital Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany (see the Impressum). This policy explains what data the site processes and why. The site offers an optional email newsletter (see below) and has no user accounts.

Analytics (PostHog)

I use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to understand how visitors use this site. This covers pages visited, clicks, device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address (country/city level), and session recordings in which password fields are masked. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): understanding how the site is used so I can improve it. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Google services

  • Google Tag Manager: used to manage measurement tags. It may set cookies and transfer data to Google.
  • Google Calendar:booking a call goes through a Google Calendar appointment page. Google's privacy policy applies to what you enter there; I receive the details you submit (name, email, chosen time).

Email

If you contact me by email, I use your address and message only to respond and to follow up on your inquiry.

Newsletter (Resend)

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I store your email address with Resend, my email provider, hosted in the European Union (Ireland), to send you the updates you signed up for. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you enter your email and subscribe. You can withdraw it at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in every email, which removes you immediately; this does not affect any processing carried out before you unsubscribed. I do not use open tracking, and I do not sell or share your address.

Cookies

Cookies are used for the analytics and tag management described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

Data sharing

I do not sell your data. The third-party services named above process data on my behalf only as necessary to operate this website.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
