Hi, I'm Alican

I started in real estate, valuation, development, and leasing for one of Europe's biggest mall operators. Good career, but I kept building side projects in my spare time.

In 2019, I made the jump. Bootcamp, then startups. I was one of the first engineers at Parloa, joining at pre-seed and staying through multiple funding rounds. They're now valued at ~$3B. There I built conversational AI on an enterprise platform, years before the LLM wave made that work fashionable.

In 2023, I joined Antler's Berlin cohort (top 4% acceptance). I built Visuo, an AI data analytics platform, and ran the full stack of a startup, not just the code: fundraising and financial models, performance-marketing dashboards, and go-to-market at a VC-backed company. I know what compounds because I have owned every part of it.

Now I help other founders move faster: build the right way, use AI properly, own their tech instead of renting it. I work with two to three clients at a time, so each one gets my full attention.
