The Challenge

Needle needed to integrate data from multiple external sources (Zendesk, Slack) into their platform, build developer tooling, and establish a solid repository architecture from scratch.

The Solution

Set up the development environment and repository architecture. Built standalone data connectors for Zendesk and Slack integration. Developed the Needle CLI tool (needlectl) for developer workflows. Provided UI/UX consultation and ongoing software development.
